2026 Citizens’ Association Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Citizens’ Association is always looking for an extra pair of helping hands!

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on February 17th at Fritz Farm. We will be highlighting all the events planned for 2026.

If you would like to join the executive committee, the nomination form and information can be found on our website. It needs to be submitted by February 10th to secretary@baiedurfe.ca. On the nomination form, citizens who are submitting, will need 5 signatures of support from other members of the Baie-D’Urfé Citizens’ Association (BDCA). Every citizen residing in Baie-D’Urfé is a member of the BDCA and can attend the monthly meetings and AGM. The candidate must also indicate which position they are interested in.

The positions are:

  • Chair
  • Vice-Chair
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Communications Lead
  • Community Events Liaison
  • Editor of News & Views
  • Members-at-large.

If there is a specific event that you would like to become involved in but would prefer not to be part of the executive committee, please reach out to us via email.
