To the Baie-D’Urfé Women
This year, as the pandemic restrictions are lifted and we are able to resume social gatherings and events, the Baie-D’Urfé Citizens’ Association is happy to invite you to an evening of celebration, reflection and sharing on:
Friday, March 10th , 2023
7:00pm to 9:00pm
Fritz Community Centre (to be confirmed) to celebrate the International Women’s Day.
This year’s event will be a celebration of women everywhere, their dreams and struggles, their resilience and achievements. Our 2023 theme is inspired by the Iranian women’s slogan:
Woman, Life, Freedom
The evening program will be as follows:
- 7:00 -7:15 Registration
- 7:15 -7 :30 Welcome & Introduction
- 7:30-8:30: Presentations and life stories
- 8:30-9:00 Exchanges (bilingual), closing remarks, and a toast to friendship and to women
Following the presentations, participants will be encouraged to take part in the round table discussions and exchanges.
